This place has a stunning bedroom, a full bathroom, a wide and bright living room with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table and a TV, as well as dining area, and a pretty modern kitchen where, besides the basics, you’ll also find a microwave and washing machine.   It’s located in the Palacio neighborhood, in the Center district and next to places as iconic as the Debod Temple, Sabatini Gardens or Plaza de España. There’s also lots of shops, restaurants and places where you can shop whatever you need. The closest metro station is Príncipe Pío (Lines 6 and 10, and suburban C1, C7 and C10), from here you’ll be able to get to the Complutense and Europea Universities and the European Institute of Design.  Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. Este apartamento cuenta con un precioso dormitorio, un baño completo, un amplio y luminoso salón con dos sofás, butacas, mesa de café y TV, así como zona de comedor, y una moderna cocina en la que, a parte de los básicos, también tendrás un microondas y una lavadora.   Se encuentra en el barrio de Palacio, en el distrito Centro y junto a lugares tan icónicos como el Templo de Debod, los Jardines de Sabatini o la Plaza de España. También hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes y sitios dónde poder comprar todo lo que necesites. La parada de metro más cercana es Príncipe Pío (Líneas 6 y 10 de metro, cercanías C1, C7 y C10), desde aquí podrás llegar fácilmente a la Universidad Europea, a la Complutense y al Instituto Europeo de Diseño.  Los suministros de agua, luz y gas no están incluidos, cobramos una cuota fija de suministros en base al histórico anual que ha tenido el piso, puedes ver el importe de suministros en el resumen de pagos.
