Near the area is the private university of Alfonso X el Sabio, the UAM School of Journalism and the ICI Global university in Spain. Aparte la ventaja del piso es que estás a tan solo un par de minutos en transporte público de dar una vuelta por el centro, ir a la universidad o mismamente de tomar algo. Cerca de la zona se encuentra la universidad privada de Alfonso X el Sabio, la Escuela de Periodismo UAM y la universidad de ICI Global en España.
