We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Resting in the heart of Lisbon’s Saldanha neighborhood, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom is a treasure inside and outside of the home. Saldanha is for the true gastronomist with its wide array of patisseries, renowned restaurants, and wine bars. Explore beyond the city limits and return home in comfort with Seminiak’s garage or bike parking. Seminiak also comes with on-site storage for guests planning to stay awhile. Seminiak feels transcendental from the very first step into the space. The living and dining area blends a beachy palette with organic textures as shown with the bamboo accent wall and palm greenery scattered throughout the room. Spacious furnishings fill the living area while a dedicated workstation sits to the left of the room. Finally, the space is concluded with a dazzling four-person dining set and rattan lighting above. To the left of the living area is the main hallway leading to the remainder of the space. Straight on is a dazzling, detached bathroom. Floor to ceiling black marble creates an elegantly bold ambiance while the shower-bathtub combination emanates spa. To the right is the bedroom, coated in creamy whites and luxury. Bohemian textiles cover the queen-sized bed while the lattice paneling hangs overhead. Flush, built-in storage lines the left wall. Across the hall is a contemporary kitchen. Sleek white cabinetry combines with modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. Celebrate a delicious meal with the 7 square meter terrace right off the kitchen. Soak up the Lisbon sun or unwind in the cushy Papasan chair with this dreamy outdoor space. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
