Gaudí isn't just a residence; it's a statement of comfort and style. This elegant abode boasts three upstairs bedrooms, each adorned with a queen-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms takes it a step further with an ensuite bathroom and balcony access, providing a private retreat. The detached 1.5 bathrooms are chic in design, one of which features a bathtub. Additionally, a dedicated office space with a workstation is included, catering to both personal and professional needs. The heart of this residence is the main floor open plan living room and kitchen. The design aesthetic is characterized by dark wooden accents and tiles, creating an ambiance that is both warm and sophisticated. The living room is adorned with an entertainment system and a dining table. The internal terrace sitting area seamlessly connects to the rest of the living space. The fully furnished kitchen has a countertop sitting area for facilitating conversations while cooking. The rooftop terrace provides an outdoor escape, offering a delightful view of the neighborhood. To ensure your comfort throughout the seasons, Gaudí features air conditioning and radial heating. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system in the ground floor for absolute comfort and this apartment comes equipped with split air conditioning in the first floor. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
