This stylish and spacious 102-square meter apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms, including two queen-sized bedrooms and a single bedroom, all of which are equipped with a personal dedicated workstation in the sunroom. One bedroom also has balcony access, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Mourene boasts a bright and airy living room with a full entertainment system and dining table, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine as you take in the city views. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, whether you're cooking for one or entertaining guests. The apartment also features 1.5 modern and stylish bathrooms, ensuring that all guests can enjoy the utmost privacy and convenience during their stay. Air conditioning ensures that the apartment stays cool and comfortable even during the hottest summer months. A doorman is available to assist you during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
