EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Welcome to Albero, a stylish and spacious retreat located in the vibrant Malasaña-Universidad neighborhood of Madrid. Spanning 108 square meters, this meticulously designed apartment offers an exquisite blend of comfort, convenience, and a captivating mountain design theme. Albero boasts three thoughtfully curated bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-size beds and French balconies that infuse the rooms with natural light and fresh air. One of these bedrooms also offers an ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom boasts a twin bed and a dedicated workstation, creating an environment for focused work or study. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The final detached bathroom provides convenience for all guests when getting ready for the day ahead. The living room serves as a hub for relaxation and entertainment, equipped with an entertainment system. A French balcony allows you to step outside to enjoy a breath of fresh air. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, ready to accommodate your culinary adventures. A dedicated dining room, complete with a table and a workstation, offers a versatile space. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor environment, allowing you to relax and unwind even during the warmest days. The mountain design theme adds a touch of nature-inspired elegance to the space, creating a serene ambiance that complements the lively energy of the city. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Landlord Terms and Conditions

Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
