Spanning an impressive 203 square meters, Civita features three double bedrooms, each adorned with a queen size bed. Two of the bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, allowing for added privacy and convenience. There is also a single bedroom with a dedicated workstation, providing a comfortable space for work or study during your stay. Each offers balcony access, where you can step outside and bask in the fresh air. Civita is well-equipped with a total of 2.5 bathrooms, featuring modern fixtures and amenities. The heart of the apartment is the inviting living room, thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and entertainment. The sunlight streaming in from the outdoors mixes perfectly with the light wood and sandy tones of the space. Relax on the plush seating while enjoying the full entertainment system, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
