Welcome to Terracina, a charming beach-themed apartment located in the heart of Campolide Centro. This up and coming neighborhood lets you stay connected to all the sights of Lisbon while still keeping your peace and quiet at home. With its spacious layout and modern amenities, this 86 square meters retreat offers a delightful escape in Lisbon. Terracina boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed and another one furnished with two twin beds to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The subtle blues, curving designs, and wicker touches of the bedrooms transports the space to the calming Amalfi coast. The apartment also offers two bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub, providing spa-like convenience and privacy for all guests. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The living room features a full entertainment system, providing you with endless entertainment options during your stay. Additionally, a dedicated workstation is available, allowing you to work or plan your daily activities with ease. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a stylish dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals with your loved ones or friends. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to cook up some culinary masterpieces. One of the highlights of Terracina is its lovely terrace, complete with an outdoor dining table and a cozy sitting area. To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, the apartment is equipped with split air conditioning in all rooms, allowing you to create the perfect indoor climate, no matter the weather outside. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For maximum comfort, this building offers a parking space for each unit. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
