With 99 square meters of well-designed living space, Agnello boasts a delightful beach design theme, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for your stay in Barcelona. As you step inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room adorned with a full entertainment system, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table. This area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city or enjoying a delicious meal with family and friends. Agnello features three bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The third bedroom offers a single bed and also grants access to the balcony, providing a tranquil spot to enjoy a moment of serenity. The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern fixtures and a clean design. Additionally, Agnello provides a dedicated office space with a workstation, perfect for those who need to attend to work-related tasks during their stay. For your comfort, Agnello features air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the weather. The apartment also provides the convenience of a doorman, adding an extra layer of security and assistance during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
