Located in Esquerra de l’Eixample, guests will find a variety of upscale tapas bars and purposeful architecture. Barcelona has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better. With radiant bliss, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home will leave guests in awe. The external bedroom features a queen size bed and has light streaming in from the street. The unique dried plant headboard brings the room to life. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. Both bathrooms are covered in wooden details to keep the grassland theme throughout, with the full bathroom having a walk-in shower. The gorgeous living room has traditional Catalan tiled floors, which are present throughout the apartment, that help add a pop of color to the space. The doors open up to a small balcony for sitting, and they allow air to circulate while relaxing on the couch during the warmer months. The modern kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils, and has a rustic table for enjoying a home cooked meal. Offering a stylish workstation in a separate office space, this home is all about beauty and utility. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner. The Spacest.com fee is non-refundable.

In these cases, you can choose to accept the alternative proposal or decline it and receive a refund of the amount paid during booking.
Yes. Please keep in mind: 1. Always use the same email address when sending multiple requests. 2. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
