We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe This spectacular, 2 bedroom duplex is located in Gràcia, Barcelona’s trendiest neighborhood. Guests can revel in the unique, modernist architecture or indulge in the local Spanish flavors. When finished, Rute is the perfect escape from the city's busy streets. The kitchen, living and dining areas make up one magnificent open plan space, with 3 distinct areas. The fully-equipped kitchen is stylish, modern, and spacious. The dining area benefits from natural light flooding in from full length windows, as does the comfy living space, which leads out onto the enormous terrace. Furnished with both dining table and lounge seating area, Rute’s terrace is the perfect way to take advantage of the beautiful Catalan weather. The upstairs area comprises a stunning bedroom, en suite bathroom, and dedicated workstation, which looks out over the lounge and terrace. Both double bedrooms are gracefully decorated in the soft tones and woods of the grassland theme. The bathrooms are classy, with modern fittings, and one features a full-size bathtub. Barcelona has many great sights on offer, make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
