The space benefits from natural light flooding in from the balconies. Feel right at home in this 2 double bedroom paradise, also with 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils. The living room is fantastically spacious, with the adjoining dining area furnished to comfortably seat 6. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Cazorla is the place to come home to. Offering a stylish workstation, this home is all about beauty and utility. For comfort, this unique property comes equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Fully furnished, Cazorla comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Landlord Terms and Conditions

Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
