This neighborhood does not lack in luxury with its grand boulevards lined with upscale shops and restaurants and its close proximity to Retiro park. After exploring, come home to this spacious and bright 119 square meter mountain theme apartment. Lecina features two cozy double bedrooms with throw carpets in accordance to the mountain theme. Both rooms feature queen size beds to provide you with maximum comfort and restful nights. The apartment also boasts two modern and stylish bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and with a bathtub, so you can indulge in a relaxing bath after a long day exploring the city. The living room is the heart of the apartment, with skylights that bring in natural light and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The pops of green from plants and stone-like wall hangings bring the mountain theme to life. The living room is equipped with a full entertainment system, perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite TV shows. A dedicated workstation is also available for those who need to get some work done. The dining table is located in the living room and can accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for enjoying meals with friends or family. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook up delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Air conditioning is available in all rooms to keep you cool during the hot summer months. The apartment also includes a cellar for storage and disabled access, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Landlord Terms and Conditions
Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
