EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Inspired by the different colors and textures found in the Sahara, Azreg is a 91 square meter flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Azreg is located in Madrid’s upscale Chamberi district where guests can enjoy international cuisine or traditional Spanish fare. Once through the entrance, the first door on the right leads to Azreg’s kitchen. Here guests can find modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. At the end of the space is a semi-enclosed laundry area. Back through the main hallway, the next door on the right leads to the detached bathroom. Guests can enjoy a spa-like experience with the shower-tub combination and calming color palette. At the end of the hallway is the first bedroom. Radiant and luxurious: this room offers ample storage on the right and a plush queen-sized bed in the center. The french doors to the left of the space lead to Azreg’s balcony. Opening the door on the left leads to the open-concept dining and living room. Lantern lighting hangs over the dining set for four in the far corner. Multi-dimensional wall textures lead the eye to the living area, complete with designer furnishings, a dedicated workstation, and the second half of the balcony. The door to the left of the living room leads to the ensuite bedroom. A creamy textile piece is suspended above the queen-sized bed in the center. To one side of the room is the final stretch of the balcony while the other side is the built-in closet. Stepping through the door in the corner reveals the attached bathroom. Here, guests can enjoy the walk-in shower and Saharan design. All bedding and linens are provided *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner. The Spacest.com fee is non-refundable.

Yes. In some cases, the landlord may propose changes to your booking request. The main reasons include: 1. The requested dates may not be available due to overlapping bookings or specific needs of the landlord. 2. Price adjustments based on particular circumstances, such as seasonal rates, additional services requested, or discrepancies in the initially listed price. In these cases, you can choose to accept the alternative proposal or decline it and receive a refund of the amount paid during booking.
Yes. Please keep in mind: 1. Always use the same email address when sending multiple requests. 2. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
