Each apartment has among its amenities a security door, a full kitchenette, a living area that can be converted into a sleeping area, and a study area. Some rooms have a small independent balcony directly overlooking the campus green. The facility, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, manages to meet both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily accessible from the highway by car or within walking distance of the main BUS lines to and from the center of Parma.
