Il Centro storico e la zona nightlife quale Piazza Bellini, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore etc sono a pochi minuti a piedi. I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio. L'immobile ha una superficie di 70mq, composto da 3 camere singole - cucina con area pranzo, bagno. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato e dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata e le camere hanno arredamento nuovo. L'appartamento é situato in pieno Centro Storico di Napoli, a ridosso di Via Duomo e Via Tribunali e a pochi metri dalla famosissima Piazza Largo Donnaregina. Le varie Università presenti nel Centro Storico sono tutte facilmenter raggiungili a piedi e soprattutto l' Università Vanvitelli e l' Accademia delle Belle Arti distano 15 minuti a piedi. I trasporti pubblici quali Metro L1 Duomo dista 5 minuti a piedi e la Stazione Centrale Piazza Garibaldi a circa 10 minuti a piedi. The room is located in a strategic and sought-after position to reach the various universities in the historic center in less than 10 minutes on foot. The historic center and the nightlife area such as Piazza Bellini, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore etc are just a few minutes walk away. The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help you study. The property has a surface area of 70m2, consisting of 3 single rooms - kitchen with dining area, bathroom. The apartment is excellently renovated and equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen and all the rooms have new furniture. The apartment is located in the historic center of Naples, close to Via Duomo and Via Tribunali and a few meters from the famous Piazza Largo Donnaregina. The various universities present in the historic center are all easily reachable on foot and above all the Vanvitelli University and the Academy of Fine Arts are 15 minutes away on foot. Public transport such as Metro L1 Duomo is a 5-minute walk away and Piazza Garibaldi Central Station is about 10 minutes on foot.
