Un peu d’histoire pour commencer. Mansiones Coliving est né dans la tête de nos quatre fondateurs, de générations différentes. Nous sommes partis, il y a près d’un an de constats reconnus et persistants : un isolement croissant des individus, une perte d’interaction entre les générations et trop peu d’offres de logement qui s’en soucient vraiment. Et le Covid n’a rien arrangé ! Convaincus que des liens plus étroits entre les générations sont mutuellement bénéfiques, nous avons imaginé un lieu propice à la création de ces relations fortes, familiales : le coliving intergénérationnel. En pratique, une sélection fine des profils sera effectuée afin de garantir une maison équilibrée, affinitaire, habitée de colocataires convaincus de notre vision et de ses bénéfices. Concernant notre maison de Guyancourt, voici les infos clés : En quelques points : 12 chambres privatives avec sde et wc individuels, 115m2 d'espaces communs (séjour, cuisine / salle à manger, salle cinéma, salle de sport, buanderie) et surtout un magnifique jardin de 200m2. Les loyers mensuels de nos chambres commencent à 710€ jusqu'à 950€ (en fonction de la superficie) avec tous les services/charges incluent : - Ménage et maintenance des espaces communs pour votre confort - La fourniture des courses communes de première nécessité (consommables papiers, produits d'entretien, sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre etc.) - Loyer toutes charges incluses : énergies (eau / gaz / électricité) , assurance habitation, TV, wi-fi fibre haut débit, abonnements multimédias (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, etc) - Organisation d’évènements afin de faire vivre la communauté Mansiones.
