Por favor note: Sendo este um espaço partilhado, as tarefas também o são, o lixo é uma tarefa em comum e para melhor organização há um dia específico para cada um colocar o lixo no contentor (fica mesmo ao fim da rua). Também é importante por motivos de higiene e bem estar, cada pessoa deixar o espaço limpo e organizado. Nas áreas comuns, cozinha, casa de banho, corredores terraços e escadas.
