IL QUARTIERE L’appartamento si trova nel cuore del quartiere Bovisa, sede del Politecnico di Milano e dunque un quartiere animato e ricco di bar, ristoranti, locali e servizi. Bovisa è anche un quartiere storico, con il suo centro e palazzi caratteristici, ed è ben collegato al centro città e alle principali stazioni. Dalla stazione di Bovisa (a pochi minuti a piedi) partono collegamenti per le stazioni di Centrale, Porta Garibaldi e Cadorna, oltre a tutte le fermate del passante ferroviario che collegano il centro città in pochi minuti. Da Bovisa partono anche collegamenti diretti via treno per l'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa. La metropolitana gialla (linea diretta per il Duomo), fermata di Dergano è a circa un quarto d’ora a piedi.
