The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, including a dishwasher and microwave oven. The dining area is brightened by a large glass window overlooking the inner courtyard. All shutters are electric, and the flooring is made of fine porcelain stoneware. Right outside the building, you’ll find bus and tram stops providing direct connections to the Central Station and Duomo. For those traveling by car, it’s easy to find parking in the area, including free spots. PLEASE NOTE: the rental price includes cleaning and linen change services every 15 days. The exact day will be arranged with the tenant. These cleaning sessions are free of charge and mandatory. Tutte le tapparelle sono elettrificate e il pavimento in fine grès porcellanato. Sotto casa fermata Bus e Tram per la stazione centrale e duomo. Per chi si muove in auto, facile parcheggio anche gratuito in zona. NOTA BENE: nel canone di affitto sono incluse le spese di pulizia e cambio lenzuola (ogni 15 giorni).
