E' dotato di forno microonde, lavatrice nuova AEG e impianto di aria condizionata. L’appartamento si compone di un ingresso, di un bagno finestrato dotato di lavatrice e mobili su misura dove mettere la biancheria, di una zona soggiorno notte con un’ampia armadiatura e poi della cucina a parte che è dotata di un piano di lavoro con piastre forno a microonde e ampio frigorifero. In cucina ci sono mobili su misura per la biancheria l’aspirapolvere i cuscini le coperte. Sul lato sinistro c’è una zona di ampio ripostiglio. Si trova in un palazzo signorile con ascensore, video citofono e posto bicicletta interno. Sotto lo stabile si trova il parcheggio per la macchina. DESCRIZIONE ZONA L’appartamento si trova in zona quattro a dieci minuti a piedi dal Duomo, è ben localizzato e servito da diversi mezzi pubblici quali i tram 12, 27, 9, 19 o l’autobus 60 In zona ci sono supermercati, ristoranti, locali e cinema oltre a diversi parchi quali Guastalla Largo Marinai d’Italia e 8 marzo UTENZE Elettricità e internet saranno pagate a consumo tramite bonifico.
