If notice is given less than 2 months before the new check-out date, the security deposit will be retained. Yes. Please keep in mind: 1. Always use the same email address when sending multiple requests. 2. If you send several requests at once and one is accepted and paid, the others will be automatically cancelled without any charge. 3. If you send new requests after one has already been confirmed, you may be charged again if one of them is accepted.
