- Festas e eventos não são autorizados

1. Late check-in (until midnight and after midnight):
   - 45€ until midnight  
   - 65€ after 24h  
2. Loss of keys:
   - 40€ until 8pm  
   - 60€ until midnight  
   - 120€ after 24h (plus 20€ on weekends and holidays)  
3. New keys: 25€  
4. Technical assistance for appliances (when unjustified):

   - 60€ until midnight

5. Unauthorized late check-out: 70€ after 11am  

Additional information:  
- Tourist tax is not included in the price.  
- The deposit will be returned via bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after check-out.  
- VAT is included in the price.  
- The keys will only be handed over within the stipulated time.

*In order for the reservation request to be accepted, a Portuguese guarantor must be presented.
If this is not possible, the entire amount of the stay must be paid before the scheduled check-in date.
