Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost: From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends) From 7pm to 8pm: €25 From 8pm to 10pm: €35 From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45 No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously. Interaction We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay. We have many tips for the city and its surroundings. NOTES Important Information for Your Stay Tourist City Tax: €5.50 per person per night (max 7 nights). Children under 12 are exempt. Lead Guest: Must be over 21 and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance and legal purposes. ID Registration: All guests must register a valid photo ID upon check-in via a secure link. Entry will be denied without registration (Italian Police regulations). Long Stays: Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio). House Rules: No smoking. No pets. No parties or loud noises. Respect neighbors, especially after 11 PM. No outsiders allowed without written approval (police regulations). Cleaning: The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning. Please keep the place tidy and the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for excessive mess. Electricity: In Italian households there is a power limit, if too many appliances are used simultaneously. Instructions for resetting will be provided. Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush feminine products or other materials to avoid clogs and potential charges for damage. Heating: The heating system operates from November 1 to April 15 (Zone D regulations). Lost Keys: €100 per key set for replacement. Utility Bills: For stays over 30 days, guests will pay for utilities based on actual consumption. Please read and follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
