Centrally located apartment, just a few steps from the peculiar Sant'Ambrogio Market and a few streets away from the main tourist attractions and the Synagogue . It can accommodate up to 4 guests; in fact, it has two double bedrooms One bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, wifi, AC. Space Centrally located apartment, just a few steps from the characteristic Sant'Ambrogio Market and the Synagogue. Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine building (no elevator). It can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests, with 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated into singles), both with wardrobe, desk and television. It is equipped with one bathroom with shower, a kitchen with modern appliances (Nespresso, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster) and dining table, utensils and dishes. AC and Wifi connection for max comfort. **NOTE: wifi will be installed on the 15th of September** A set of towels and bed linen provided to each guest. The apartment is located in a central, lively and dynamic neighborhood from which you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, you can't park in the surrounding streets but only in a private garage nearby. The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence. Absolutely great for 2 couples or a family. Access Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date. Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival. Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost: From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends) From 7pm to 8pm: €25 From 8pm to 10pm: €35 From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45 No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously. Interaction We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay. We have many tips for the city and its surroundings. Neighborhood Located within the Sant'Ambrogio district within walking distance of the homonymous market and the Florence Synagogue. Getting around The location is very central, you can walk to most of the tourist attractions and services you need. Excellent connections to the whole city, thanks to the proximity to Santa Maria Novella Station. Duomo: 10 minutes on foot Piazza di Santa Croce: 10 minutes on foot Santa Maria Novella train station: 15 minutes on foot Ponte Vecchio: 15 minutes on foot Peretola "Amerigo Vespucci" airport: 30 minutes by car/taxi Transit Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which stands for “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red /green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify their need for access in the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters. Walking distance to all the major attractions of the historic center. Notes IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons. Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry. Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement. No Smoking No Pets Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM. Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations. Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance. Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival. Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges. Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15. Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set. Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
