Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
