Other Things to Note: We want you to have the best stay possible, so we kindly ask that you review and respect the following rules to ensure a seamless experience for both guests and hosts. Included Services: Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay. Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment. Family-Friendly Services: If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. If we detect any cigarette odor post-stay: €450. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions. Internet Etiquette: Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation. Paris 2024 Olympic Games Bookings: For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
