We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Sleek and modern design meets traditional Lisboan architecture in this double room studio. This apartment benefits from historic surroundings, in the trendy Avenidas Novas neighborhood. Lisbon artists, musicians, and creatives flock here for fun and revival. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Bolobo is the place to come home to. The rustic charm of this spacious 37 square meters unique property comes from the subtle decor using raw wooden materials and abstract designs to evoke feelings of the wild jungle. This studio features a queen size bed with the TV hanging above it. The table top for two and the comfortable woven chair help to divide the sleeping space from the eating space. The kitchen sits at the other side of the table and is modern in design and fully equipped for cooking. Follow the kitchen out to the terrace where guests will find an outdoor dining set for enjoying a meal or for savoring an afternoon read. If you please, there is also an outdoor common area for socializing or sharing a meal under the sun. Back inside from the terrace sits the dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. The tiled bathroom has a room of its own, allowing for privacy when bathing. There’s no need for stressing about an overflow of personal belongings with this studio because the building includes a common storage area. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For an escape to the warm Lisbon sun, this building has an outdoor common sitting area for meeting other residents. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.
