Addmited files are, for example, school or internship accreditation, work contract, roundway flight tickets. - During the first 48 hours of your stay, you will need to sign a basic rental agreement (contract) with us. We'll agree on a time and place most convenient (for both us and you) to sign it. - If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation, in any case, before your arrival day. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set) - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of 30€ for check-ins between 20 and 23.59h, any time later than that will be 50€.
