La prima camera è arredata con un grande armadio, un comodo divano letto a due piazze, una poltrona e uno scrittoio. La seconda camera ha anch'essa un armadio piuttosto grande, una cassettiera, un letto matrimoniale in ferro e uno specchio. Il bagno, rivestito in piastrelle sui toni del grigio con alcuni dettagli in mosaico, ospita una spaziosa doccia, lavandino con mobile contenitivo, wc e bidet. In fondo al corridoio si trova il soggiorno con angolo cottura: si tratta di uno spazio luminoso con accesso a un grazioso balcone con affaccio sui verdi colli bolognesi. Un comodo divano letto a due piazze è posto davanti alla tv e a un pouf su cui distendere i piedi. Un tavolo estensibile può ospitare 4 posti da chiuso e 6 posti da aperto. Una penisola in legno separa l'angolo cottura dal resto della stanza. Qui troviamo un piano a 4 fuochi, forno, forno a microonde, lavello e frigorifero. Completa la proprietà una piccola lavanderia.
