It offers a private terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. With a cozy and serene atmosphere, this space offers the conditions for a comfortable and convenient stay. Bedroom: Contains a double bed, two bedside tables with lighting and a built-in closet. Sheets and towels included. It has direct access to the terrace with two chairs. Bathroom: Comprising a washbasin with storage and mirror, toilet and shower. Open-plan kitchen and living room The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, freezer and fridge. The living room has a 6-seater dining table, TV, sofa bed for one person and direct access to the outdoor patio with outdoor shower, 4-seater dining table and outdoor sun umbrella. Air conditioning Wi-Fi throughout the house Free parking next to the entrance Located on the first floor, accessed by 1 step and the apartment is accessed via a small corridor shared with the other apartments. - Crib available on prior request at an additional cost of €10 per night, with bed linen and highchair included. - Monthly cleaning is available at an extra cost. Upon confirmation of booking, all guests are required to fill in an identification form, in accordance with Portuguese law. Check-in will only be possible once this form has been sent in full.
