Gli affacci dell'appartamento sono molto gradevoli, sia sulla facciata da cui ammirare l'antica magnolia e il bel giardino comune ove poterete andare a rilassarvi nelle giornate primaverili, sia sul retro in cui si trova la zona living di vostra esclusiva. Ricordate che l'ingresso al nostro appartamento è sulla facciata principale e non sul retro! A pochi minuti su Via Carlo del Prete trovate l' Esselunga per fare comodamente la spesa, un vicinissimo distributore di benzina, un altro supermercato co prodotti BIO (NaturaSì) ed altri negozi per le necessità quotidiane, una farmacia in Via Catalani, gastronomie e panifici e pasticceria per la colazione. Entrando da Porta san Donato vi troverete già all'interno del centro storico, nel bel parco giochi per bambini e davanti all'ex Cavallerizza ove vengono allestite mostre d'arte e dove ancora fino ad Ottobre 2024 potrete ammirare la mostra permanete di Antonio Canova. Se volete in Piazzale San Donato avrete modo di fare una pausa pranzo o un aperitivo serale, in un locale molto carino e dove si mangia bene: Living Concept Store, un piacevole locale dove fare anche acquisti di abbigliamento e oggetti per la casa davvero di gusto!
