EN The house has a total area of 250 square meters. Social is in the ground floor and rooms in second floor. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 suite with king size bed, 1 room with one single bed and a bunk bed and 2 rooms with queen size bed served by on complete 2nd bathroom. Child bed is available per request free of charge It offers a front garden, car garage and additional parking place in the ramp accessing the garage. Parking outside is free of charge. It offers a back garden with furniture. House is rented with all amenities, sheets, pillows, towels. There is a cleaning service at least each 2 weeks paid separately. We also offer sheets and towels cleaning service paid separately. Frequency of exchange to be defined in the initial contract agreement. The average cost for utilities is 100€ which includes water, electricity, internet. This is included in the rent value. *Gas is not included and is paid per invoice from the gas company. A minimum stay of 1 month is required. It is possible to book directly online. House is bookable from October to May. Different conditions/package can be established according common agreement. Existe um serviço de limpeza pelo menos a cada 2 semanas pago à parte. Oferecemos também serviço de limpeza de lençóis e toalhas pago à parte. Frequência de troca a ser definida no acordo inicial do contrato. O custo médio dos serviços públicos é de 100€, incluindo água, eletricidade e internet. Este valor está incluído no valor do aluguer. *O gás não está incluído e é pago por fatura da companhia de gás. É necessária uma estadia mínima de 1 mês. É possível reservar diretamente online. A casa pode ser reservada de outubro a maio. Podem ser estabelecidas condições/pacotes diferentes de comum acordo.

BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back.
