RESIDENT has the option of choosing from one of the following options: The cleaning lady to clean all common areas, for the cost of: 1 time per week - €20 per room per month 2 times per week - €30 per room per month Only when NONE of the residents in the apartment want to have the cleaning services, will it not be provided. OVERNIGHT GUESTS The tenant must notify the landlord in advance of any visit so that he can assess and approve it.
