Completamente ristutturato nel 2025 è composto da una spaziosa camera da letto con cabina armadio, bagno con disimpegno per la zona lavanderia e cucina a vista. Dotato di ogni comfort, è pronto per il tuo prossimo soggiorno. L’appartamento affaccia sull’Arena in Viale Elvezia al 12 e fa parte di un edificio signorile progettato negli anni 60 dal celebre architetto Marco Zanuso. Posizionato a due passi da Paolo Sarpi,la china Town milanese dove é possibile trovare moltissimi street food asiatici di tutti i tipi. Inoltre l’appartamento è a pochi metri da Brera,uno dei quartieri più belli di Milano e cuore pulsante del design milanese dove è possibile passeggiare e fermarsi in uno dei numerosi ristoranti e bar. Consiglio una rilassante passeggiata in mezzo al parco Sempione proprio di fronte all’ appartamento(dove volendo ci si può fermare a bere o mangiare qualcosa a uno dei numerosi chioschi al suo interno)` per poi arrivare alla Triennale,con le sue mostre d'arte e design, e al castello Sforzesco.Da qui si può continuare fino al Duomo (è possibile prenotare la visita guidata) e alla galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Tornando indietro verso casa possiamo allungarci fino alla Scala,uno dei teatri più prestigiosi al mondo, per poi trovarci nel quadrilatero della moda,con via Montenapoleone,Sant’Andrea,Gesù e via della Spiga. La sera c’è l'imbarazzo della scelta:tra la piazza di Cesariano, dove si possono fare ottimi aperitivi, e, poco più lontano, l’Arco della pace, una delle zone della movida milanese con i suoi locali e ristoranti di tutti i tipi. Our one-bedroom apartment overlooks the greenery of the Arena and is adjacent to Via Paolo Sarpi. Completely renovated in 2025, it consists of a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a laundry area, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Equipped with every comfort, it is ready for your next stay. The apartment faces the Arena on Viale Elvezia 12 and is part of an elegant building designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Marco Zanuso. It is located just a stone’s throw from Paolo Sarpi, Milan's Chinatown, where you can find a variety of Asian street food options. Additionally, the apartment is only a few meters from Brera, one of Milan's most beautiful neighborhoods and the beating heart of Milanese design. Here, you can take a stroll and stop at one of the many restaurants and bars. I recommend a relaxing walk through Sempione Park, right in front of the apartment—where you can also stop for a drink or a snack at one of the many kiosks inside—before reaching the Triennale, with its art and design exhibitions, and the Sforza Castle. From there, you can continue to the Duomo (where guided tours can be booked) and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. On the way back home, you can take a detour to La Scala, one of the most prestigious theaters in the world, and then find yourself in the fashion district, with Via Montenapoleone, Via Sant’Andrea, Via Gesù, and Via della Spiga. In the evening, you'll be spoilt for choice: from Ceseriano Square, perfect for excellent aperitifs, to the Arco della Pace, one of Milan’s nightlife hotspots with a variety of bars and restaurants.
