-Cancellation 60 or more days before the check-in date: For the tenant: 100% reimbursement of the first month's rent. - Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the check-in date: For the tenant: 50% reimbursement of the first month's rent. - Cancellation between the 29th day or less before the check-in date: For the tenant: no refund. --- The contract will be for 6 months with a possibility for extension. The rent does not cover Internet and Radio Tax, however Electricity, Gas and Water charges are covered in the Rent. The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 17:30 pm. Public holidays and weekends are not possible, therefore if your move-in date falls of one of those days, you will be accommodated on the next working day. --- If the landlord cancels the booking after accepting the request and before the check-in date, Roomless will fully refund the amount paid by the tenant, including the amount paid as a Roomless fee. If the tenant chooses to cancel the booking, the Roomless fee will not be refunded.
