Completamente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio nel 2023, l'appartamento è raggiungibile con ascensore fino al quarto piano, con l'ultimo piano accessibile a piedi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, inclusa una lavastoviglie, con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e ad alta efficienza. La camera da letto dispone di un ampio armadio, mentre in soggiorno si trova un divano letto per ospitare un secondo o terzo ospite. L'appartamento è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata, e offre un piccolo spazio esterno riservato ai fumatori. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione una lavatrice. L'accoglienza presso l'appartamento viene eseguita da un nostro operatore, che vi consegnerà le chiavi e vi mostrerà la casa. Per i soggiorni superiori ai 30 giorni sarà necessario un contratto d'affitto registrato, che richiede necessariamente un documento d'identità (ID o passaporto) e un codice fiscale italiano. Di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo si trova un'autorimessa con accesso a pagamento, con tariffe orarie e giornaliere. Ricordate che l'ascensore arriva solo fino al quarto piano mentre l'appartamento si trova al quinto!
