The PVC windows with 6 chambers and double glazing provide excellent thermal and acoustic protection, ensuring a quiet and comfortable environment. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, so all sanitary facilities, furniture, and appliances are new. The furnishings include a large wardrobe, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob and all necessary utensils, two tables and two chairs, as well as two single beds or a double bed according to the tenants' choice. Among the appliances provided are a microwave, a washing machine, a drying rack, a double-door refrigerator, and air conditioning that can also be used as heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season, even though winters are quite mild. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The studio, located in Gregorio Rosario Street, enjoys an extremely advantageous position, being situated in the immediate vicinity of the central station (approximately 50 meters away). From the main entrance of the building, you can see the tram terminal departing from the central station (see photo). RENTAL CONDITIONS Electricity costs are based on actual usage.
