Overnight guest policy: the first 3 nights are free, after that, fees of 15€ per night apply. > Contract Extension At the end of the rental agreement, the tenant may confirm with the landlord the possibility of extending the contract, available on a biweekly basis. > One-Time Bedding Fee A one-time bedding fee will be applied per reservation (€55 for single beds, €65 for double beds), deducted from the security deposit. At the end of the stay, the tenant will keep the following items: bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels. Note: rugs, duvets, blankets, or pillows are not included. > Promotional Rate Conditions If the tenant books with a promotional rate, they commit to a minimum stay of 8 months. Should the tenant wish to end the stay before completing the 8 months, the promotion will be voided, and the difference between the promotional rate and the standard rental rate for the previous months will be charged. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back. Ao final da estadia, o inquilino ficará com os seguintes itens: lençóis, capas de edredom e toalhas. Nota: não estão incluídos tapetes, edredons, cobertores ou almofadas. > Condições do Valor Promocional Caso o inquilino reserve com valor promocional, compromete-se a uma estadia mínima de 8 meses. Se o inquilino desejar encerrar a estadia antes de cumprir os 8 meses, a promoção será invalidada, e a diferença entre o valor promocional e o valor regular das rendas anteriores será cobrada. > CANCELAMENTO ANTES DO CHECK-IN Cancelamento efectuado 60 ou mais dias antes da data de check-in: reembolso de 100% do primeiro mês pago.
