The property is in perfect condition, with very good qualities and in perfect condition. It is also fully furnished with all appliances and utensils necessary for living. The apartment is to share with 3 other roommates, all of them students or workers. This room share the bathroom it with two people more because there is a room that has it ́s own bathroom. As for the apartment, it has a full bathroom with two modules and ample dimensions, for the enjoyment of the tenants and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils for a good coexistence. The room is spacious and cozy and as if that were not enough is brand new and currently available. It has a single bed, large built-in closet, a circular mirror, bookshelf, 8-drawer chest of drawers and a brand new 32” Smart TV. It also includes a large desk with its corresponding chair and a bedside lamp. A beautiful artificial plant adds a touch of warmth to the room. The room also comes with pillow and pillow cover brand new, as well as a blanket, comforter, duvet cover and set of cushions all also brand new. The sheets are not provided to be something very personal use of the tenant. As for the profile we are looking for, we would like you to be a respectful and clean person to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The amount also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas one day a week. Requirements: - A monthly deposit that is returned at the end of the contract. - A monthly property management fee.
