Inside you will also find amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi, ideal for those who need to work or stay connected during their stay, and independent heating/air conditioning, to ensure a comfortable stay all year round. The property is located on a street running through the city centre. This district is full of craft workshops, small shops, typical restaurants and Florentine-style flats. It is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which combines the authenticity of local life with the convenience of being within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, such as the San Lorenzo Market or the Accademia Gallery. We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay. This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please. You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed.
