The building has been completely renovated and is located next to one of Lisbon's most charismatic viewpoints - Miradouro de St. Catarina, also known as Adamastor - with excellent views over the Tagus River and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Most of the top tourist attractions, historical landmarks, restaurants, and bars in the city are within walking distance, and you also have easy access to public transportation. The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Please be aware that this area can be quite busy and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the first floor without an elevator, in a recently renovated building in a typically Portuguese area. It's ideal for groups of friends or families who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon in the liveliest part of the city! Car access is limited in this area, and only certified taxis (not Ubers), residents, and emergency vehicles are allowed to circulate. → Bedroom The apartment features a suite with a Queen-Size bed. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa next to the balcony that illuminates the entire apartment during the day and offers stunning views of one of the most typical streets in Bica. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, iron, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are provided as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed and bath linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
