Located in a renovated building, the Guest Inn offers a local experience in the center of bustling Alfama. You will find Lisbon's most typical and historic neighborhood, with the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon and other historic sites just a few steps away. There are also several bars and restaurants nearby. Due to the existence of a local bar in front of the property, we do not recommend it for people sensitive to noise. Enjoy bright and lively Lisbon with Guest Inn! The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Be aware that this area can be very busy and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated building in one of the most traditional streets of Alfama. Please note that access to the apartment is made by steep stairs. The apartment has a bright and welcoming feel and offers all the comfort in the heart of the city. It is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. Strictly pedestrian street - nearest street with car access is just 2 minutes walking! Ongoing nearby construction works, with no timetable for completion. → Sleeping/Kitchenette area The apartment has a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, iron, microwave, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Living room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed ready to accommodate two more guests and a balcony overlooking the apartment's street. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Additional Info: → Be aware that Alfama is a very lively area of Lisbon and the apartment is in front of a local bar. Due to its existence in front of the property's door, we do not recommend it to people sensitive to noise. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
