Important Note: Repair work is ongoing on the building’s plumbing and gas systems. - Bedroom The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, one of which has a small sunlit balcony. - Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. - Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa, a desk ideal for a home office, and fantastic city views. - Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker.
