Important Note: Ongoing construction work is being carried out on the building facade, expected to be completed by May 2025. → Bedrooms The flat has two cozy bedrooms designed with families in mind. The main suite features a comfortable double bed and a private balcony for morning coffee or quiet moments. The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. → Bathroom With two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The main bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, while the second has a walk-in shower and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays or family needs. → Living Room The bright and welcoming living room offers two single sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to a spacious balcony. Enjoy meals together in the outdoor dining area with tranquil views of the condominium’s garden—a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. → Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for family meals: a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (please note coffee is not provided). Preparing snacks or full meals is a breeze here! → Pool The condominium boasts a large outdoor pool for adults and a separate, secure pool for children, making it ideal for families. The pools are open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, ensuring plenty of time for fun in the sun. This flat is designed to make your family holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with all the essentials and plenty of thoughtful touches. Whether you’re here to explore Vilamoura’s attractions or simply relax, this is your home away from home! Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → The pool is seasonal and its opening may be dependent on local authorities. → In person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. → Construction work is underway on buildings near the apartment. → Works in progress on the façade of the building, with no estimated completion date. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
