Both are equipped with air conditioning. - Bathroom The apartment features two bathrooms: one en suite with shower and another with a bathtub.. - Living/Dining Room In the living room, equipped with air conditioning and a TV, you'll find a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6. Enjoy the scenery through the large glass windows that allow natural light to flood in or savor the sunset on the balcony. - Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Garage One free parking spot in the residential garage. - Swimming Pool The outdoor pool is shared with the condominium and is open all year from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For long stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
