→ Building The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator, and has been decorated under the guidance of a Finnish designer living in Portugal. The idea was to celebrate the spirit of classic Portuguese style in Lisbon's elegant Baixa Pombalina neighborhood. Local materials, such as typical Portuguese limestone in soft cream and pink tones, with its luxurious matte finish, were used on the kitchen surfaces and in the three bathrooms. The Pombaline wooden structure, which separates the kitchen from the living space, was used on the walls to reinforce all the buildings in the Baixa area. The living and dining area is furnished by a premium Portuguese furniture brand, once again emphasizing the use of natural materials, marble in this case. The beautiful blue and white tiles on the living room walls were handpicked from Lisbon's Sant'Anna Factory, which since 1903 has been responsible for recreating any damaged piece on the facade of house 93 on Rua da Prata. → Bedrooms The apartment features three bedrooms. The first one has a queen-size bed and a balcony, the second is a suite with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and a view of São Jorge Castle. The third and final bedroom is also a suite and has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. → Bathrooms The apartment has three bathrooms with showers. → Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a wooden staircase, a luxurious and comfortable sofa, a dining table for 6, and a very convenient and bright balcony overlooking the Tagus River. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, iron, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of €25. → "Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements. → Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count. → Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Guests are responsible for the keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. Costs for damage or technical assistance to open doors will be charged to the guest and penalty for key loss. → The property has noise monitoring sensors that measure decibel levels only, ensuring privacy with no cameras or sound recording, for everyone’s comfort. → Please keep in mind that Portuguese authorities require full passport details for all guests. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
