The apartment is located in a lively area with restaurants and bars, so noise can be expected, especially during weekend nights. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, a suite with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Both with air conditioning. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, both with shower. → Living/Dining room The large living room has a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable sofa-bed and a dining table for 5 people. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of €25. → "Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements. → Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count. → Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Guests are responsible for the keys. Avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
