It's an old building, and as such, it exhibits some typical features of its age, such as an outdated plumbing system and poor soundproofing. Therefore, we recommend ventilating the spaces regularly during your stay. → Living Area The living area has a sofa-bed (suitable only for children or teenagers up to 1,60m tall), flat screen TV, desk, ar conditioning and balcony with table for 2 people with an incredible ocean view. → Bedroom The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a full bathroom with shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Information: → Late Check-In/Check-Out: Extra fee of €25. → "Self-catered" property: Basic items are provided as a courtesy upon arrival, with no replacements. → Bed linen and towels are provided based on the confirmed guest count. → Extra cleaning or linen changes require 24h notice and an additional fee. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Guests are responsible for the keys. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid.
