L’appartamento è composto da tre stanze singole, una doppia, cucina abitabile, due bagni, terrazza e garage. La stanza è ben arredata e fornita di due letti da una piazza e mezza, due armadi a tre ante, due scrivanie complete e due frigoriferi privati.
